I had traveled to British Columbia on several occasions for work in the 1990s.
I flew once out of Vancouver to Campbell's Bay Island and was awed by the wonderful majestic mountains and waterways kissing the shorelines.
I imagined what it would be like for the whales that traveled those waters and how their habitat seem peaceful even though it had been encroached by humans.
I painted this scene as colorful as I could to show nature's immense beauty and magic. I am very happy how the trees and the movements of the clouds turned out.
